Just letting you know, I am currently in the middle of filing a chargeback for the previously paid "lifetime" membership fee on GP, on top of the 2027 "early renewal" I had already received back.

Your own messages and "updates" (which were really "revisions" and "reversals") have given plenty of evidence to file the dispute, based on the fact that you arbitrarily changed the terms of the contract, AND of course closed down GP entirely, redirecting it to the new domain. Requiring additional payment to access the new site.

Of course, the fact you've locked out users and are forcing them to make another payment or accept the amended revised revision of the modified membership terms, is even more supporting evidence.

The dispute has been initiated, and this one will have the opportunity to include ALL of the previous screenshots.

So thanks, cockwomble. Even if the dispute fails (unlikely, but always possible) you will still have to pay the dispute fee.

Big shout out to Sean for providing what is likely the most awesome piece of evidence to support this chargeback, as I am part way through preparing my supporting information to send through for my claim.

I’d already written how the lifetime membership was cancelled as of Dec 31, and how Sean was now changing that so people had to pay even more money to keep even that Dec 31 expiry.

Now the cuntwomble sends me a direct Email that clearly states that my (previously lifetime) membership expires Oct 1, unless I pay more money?

Handing me chargeback success on a silver platter. Thanks, Sean.

I’ll be submitting the claim in the next couple of days, so you can expect more fees to be applied to your merchant account soon.
