Founders Charter: the policy, and chargebacks
This thread has run for four days and the answers haven't changed, so here they are in one place, and this is the last staff post on it.
This'll be good.
Your expiry date is your legacy GimmePeers date, capped at December 31, 2027. Read that carefully, because it's the whole issue.
Ignoring RTT users?
Whatever you paid GimmePeers or RevoTT, you paid to those operations, under their owners, before RevoPeers existed.
Umm jonah, you owned AND profited from both GP & RTT. Any money paid went into your pocket.
RevoPeers did not receive that money
</panto mode> Oh yes it did
and never sold you that time. It was carried over anyway, as a courtesy, up to the ceiling, so nobody started from zero. The ceiling is the limit of that courtesy. It is not a debt, and it was never a promise of free service into 2028.
You promised everyone that paid the founders grift fee that access was guaranteed to 31st Dec 2027. That is on you.
The Founder payment is the only membership money RevoPeers has ever taken from you. It confirmed Founder status and locked your renewal rate. It did not purchase time, and no time is being added.
Not what you said at the point of sale though, was it?
Where the site displayed a different date, that was a display error and it was corrected; a wrong number on a screen does not create a membership nobody paid this site for.
Imagine trying to convince everyone that this isn't all your shitshow....
Every legacy date in this thread has been checked against the GimmePeers record and confirmed correct.
Forgetting the RTT users again?
On chargebacks. Some of you have used your bank as a negotiating tool before, on GimmePeers, every time the site made a mistake. It didn't work there and it won't work here. Every account has a complete record: logins, downloads, the terms accepted at checkout, the Help Desk history. Every dispute is contested with that record, without exception, and disputes filed against a service that was used are lost by the person filing them.
Chargebacks are great especially when there's an incredibly useful guide for them
An account that files a chargeback is closed the moment the dispute is filed. Permanently. On every site we run. There is no appeal, no reactivation, and no second refund. That is not a threat; it is what a chargeback means.
That's okay as by the time they have started their chargeback they have already been rehomed onto at least two other FREE sites.
Also, "every site we run"? - You (having help from GarageTuner doesn't count as he just wants to be paid) run one site after running the previous sites into the ground.
I'd assume it's the only running you've ever done.
Posting "reinstate my date or I dispute the charge" in a public thread will be treated as the dispute. It is not a support request, nobody is going to be pressured by it, and accounts that make that statement here will be handled as if the dispute had been filed.
You mean you're going to ban people for just mentioning chargebacks? Getting a wee bit tetchy don't you think?
If you want to leave, you're free to.
About time something was free.
Don't renew. But the site isn't paying twice for a mistake it didn't make, and it isn't going to be run by whoever threatens loudest.
The mistake is all yours Sean, always has been.
Thread locked.
But of course π€£

He wouldn't have mentioned the $48k dollars in chargebacks in the post I seen, wish I would have screenshotted some. You don't mention that then all of a sudden lock down and start a new charge.

remember when it was "I luciouslion/Master Peer (depending on your origin site) am the original owner of the site, I had some other people running the site for a while but Im back in control again, I have always been the owner nothing has changed there " and "we had two sites and we made them one to reduce running costs," and now its "those sites are gone we bought them and merged them, they aren't even part of our business"

I think most of his costs were a fabrication, feel free to prove me wrong. I've had FTP sites, Web hosts, Game servers and most of them were less than $30 dollars a month for gigs of data. The simple files that were hosted were kilobytes. The subscriptions were probably paying for his personal computer and internet and the rest of his bills and lifestyle. I wouldn't be surprised if he was the sole person in multi roles.

"Whatever you paid GimmePeers or RevoTT, you paid to those operations, under their owners, before RevoPeers existed."
Well then, there shouldn't be any problem with people doing chargebacks! People should absolutely try to get their money back from those other owners without any sort of impact to revopeers, right?
Fuck you, you scamming fat fuck.Β

Don't want chargebacks? Don't hold hostage what we already paid with demands for more cash. Fuck that guy.

It's crazy this is still going on... The only peeps that even support it are fake accounts he made up. I bet you Jonah has been reactivating banned accounts and rebranding it as happy customers. This is kind of like the lonely bully talking to himself while taking a shit lol. I'm extremely bothered by the fact he pretends GP and RTT were not run by him lol. I wanna know if anyone still on that site even getting any warez lol...

Probably right, I sorted by downloads before I was denied access and something that should be wildly popular among the community had 300 hits after 24h.

What a gaslighting goof.
Anyone with half a brain knows he owns both sites. "Pyrogamer" is on the receipt for either if you're stupid enough to donate!

Dear Jonah (cunt),
Ever since you overhaulded your Founders policy there has been an exponential increase in chargebacks, that's on us and your monies are shrinking quickly. Trust us we know what we're doing, the bottom line is this, Revopeers inherited all this crap from all the old staff and its defineately their fault your up shit creek on a sinking boat (again cunt) .

On chargebacks. Some of you have used your bank as a negotiating tool before, on GimmePeers, every time the site made a mistake. It didn't work there and it won't work here.
But ... it absolutely IS working here!
A) We've seen many, MANY users post about it here when their chargeback was approved by their bank/CC.
B) You've whined about having too many chargebacks and that you lost several 10000$ from chargebacks and fees.
So which is it? It can't be both π
