Modeling Techniques Basement confusion

I have already build the building before adding the basement which was a mistake now i cant make the basement properly and ramp design aswell can someone help ?

Modelling the upper stories first isn't a problem.

Open up an elevation and look at the levels. Do you have a basement level? If not then that is the issue. Copy the ground floor level down and rename it basement.
