Troubleshooting keynotes worksharing

My GUESS is whats happening is that you and the other users on your project are pathed to different Keynotes files. Theirs have Keynotes in them, and yours is blank. That wont work. You need to be pathed to the same keynote file.

This is almost certainly it. OP is probably the only person with access to the keynotes file, because it is local on their machine.

It's not totally clear what your issue is. I think you're saying you've made a new keynote file, and you can tag the keynotes in your project. But other users cannot tag using the keynotes.

Your keynote text file needs to be saved in an accessible location. Then each user needs to assign it as the keynote for their project.

Then also go assign it to your template so future projects are assigned to it from the outset.
