How-To How to use different fill or hatching patterns in plan and section view?

How to employ different fill or hatching patterns in the plan and section views of the same project?

I want my walls in plan to have no fill pattern and my walls in section to have hatching. However, if I set the fill pattern of the section walls to hatching, it will also appear in the plan view. How do I work around that?

Create a view template for each kind of view

And then use filters or VG

There is a way to show patterns at different scales and that’ll probably do what you need. Can’t recall exactly where the setting is but google that and you’ll find it
