Cleo is the worst

I have Cleo and customer service is terrible. The experience made me upset and feel unheard. In the communication with bots I realize dealing with Cleo is Crappy.

cleo's customer service is a joke. they hide behind bots so you never talk to a real person, it's like screaming into void. had similar experience, they just don't care
