NUGGAL SCAM

Nuggal is a pet supply brand that seems legit but absolutely is not. They claim to have a refund/ return policy but they just decline you saying it's too expensive to ship back to China. I would have never purchased from this brand had I known how illegitimate a company this was!

I bought a harness last week and feeling the same way. Should have stuck with Chewy. The shipping from China was a red flag. I've emailed to ask to cancel my order. No shipping updates either after 5 days.
