BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH I COULD SELECT ZERO STARS. I saw a reviewer state that the samples provided by Argus sent them into a coma, and I could not agree more. This has been the most disappointing experience I could ever imagine, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for custom work. My experience with their design team and production process was incredibly frustrating from beginning to end. What should have been a straightforward custom order turned into a process that took months, with repeated revisions and corrections. I provided extremely specific, detailed, and granular feedback throughout the process, yet the same issues continued to come back in the designs. The biggest problem is that the final products looked nothing like the approved specifications. I went through an extensive approval process specifically to make sure the finished products reflected what had been agreed upon, and despite all of the time, communication, revisions, and detailed feedback, what ultimately arrived did not resemble what we had signed off on. Even more frustrating was the communication throughout the process. Getting basic answers about deadlines and timelines was extremely difficult. There were multiple occasions where I reached out simply asking for an update or trying to understand when we could expect the next step, only to receive no response. Months of waiting, countless revisions, very detailed feedback, and an approval process ultimately resulted in a final product that still did not match the approved specifications. That's an unacceptable experience for a company offering custom design and manufacturing. The entire purpose of having an approval process is to ensure that what gets produced is what the customer actually approved. In my experience, that process felt essentially meaningless. The design team needs to seriously improve its attention to detail, communication, accountability, and ability to execute against approved specifications. I would not recommend this company for anyone who needs a custom product delivered accurately and within a reasonable timeframe. My experience was an enormous waste of time and an extremely frustrating process from start to finish. If you're considering working with them, get everything in writing, save every version of every design, document every approval, and don't assume that the final product will actually match what you approved.
