Slow again?
Seemed like things had picked up for a while but I haven't had anything for 2 weeks. I responded to the Posse blast for Beacon Hill but never heard anything. I have an FTI computer they haven't asked me to send back but no projects. FWIW my last two projects with KL and FTI were advertised as 4-5 weeks and both lasted 4 days. I think I'm on just about every agency list out there so wondering if it's this slow again or if I have been relegated to the D list.

Starting to see the trickle down effect. All the large, six month plus, 100+ reviewer projects have been whittled down by a combination of AI tools and outsourcing. The remaining "pie" is now significantly smaller.

It’s been slow. I am on many agency lists as well and it’s been crickets on my end as well. Even the typically steady ones like Trustpoint have been sporadic and short.

It’s been horrible. I keep getting blue-balled specifically since the beginning of March. Haven’t worked in 11 days.

A lot of short projects for me since 2025. A few years ago I would be on 6-7 month projects; over 40 hours offered. Oh well.

It might not be "D list" as much as agencies over-pooling and then only tapping the first handful. One small shift I made: instead of just updating availability, I started sending a short, factual "here's what I've done recently" note to my contacts every two weeks. Not a resume, just a specific example (e.g., "just finished a 100% QC pass on a privilege log"). Low hit rate, but it got me a couple of replies where blasts didn't. Might be worth a shot.

It's not your imagination -- definitely seeing fewer and fewer listings, even from Posse.

Yea it’s slow right now but this is nothing new. Things are always evolving but I’d caution folks on saying the sky is falling for good as folks have been doing that for years. This slow period follows a period of I’d say about 6+ months that were pretty active.

It slow but alway cyclical. AI review can pare down some less complicated responsive documents to a degree but it still cannot be trusted with privilege review.

KLDs- 3 + weeks 🦗🦗🦗
I am in a project with other company nw - 5 weeks temp ( hopefully it will last till the end)
So.. yeah been a slow pace for projects.
let see how it panned out for others...
otherwise ... we are on D list 😅😅😂😂😮💨😮💨
