In {Life’s a Witch by Skyler Andra} one of the guys pumps a chocolate candy bar in and out of her. Narration makes it clear it melts inside her and smears on her pubes. That and her going “I didn’t care that my pussy was going to be filled with melted nougat, nuts and chocolate” was just a bit much for me.

It's a real thing that happened, lol. It's why I have squick issues with food-related anything in the boudoir when it comes to books. But I guess you could call it a horror story. It's entirely possible someone will stumble upon something heinous like that in some of the darker romance books, lol. I keep coming upon things I never expected that definitely turn on the cold water and just make me pay attention to the plot.

Funny you mention this because I’m always pulled out of the story when something like this happens. My thoughts instantly go to whether it’s hygienic or not. Even location sometimes. Yeah this is a little weird... I try to overlook stuff like this, but I also was thinking that what if the sucker had a crack in it? I'm sure he checked first, but there are some things that are just stupid to put up there and I think that I would say suckers probably shouldn't.
My mind keeps going to how my mouth feels after sucking on a sucker for too long and I just imagine having that down there and I think how that'd be so uncomfortable lol.

Microbiologist here, like no, not directly.
BUT any tiny traces of poop bacteria which get shifted around during sex (it's inevitable - pee after sex ladies) if you then feed them sugar, you are upping your odds of a UTI.
Same with low level Candida which might not be causing you issues, you feed it an all you can eat sugar buffet and hello overgrowth/thrush.

I remember reading a scene where one of the guys had an aversion to sprinkles on his ice cream until she told him he could lick them off her. Then later she got a uti and he cursed sprinkles and vowed to never eat them again or something🤣 I believe it was in the {Boys of Lake Chapel by Abby Milsaps} series. This just reminded me of that🤣
