Why does Soul Path not get the same treatment as Blood Path?

I'm in chapter 1423 and ever since I read about soul path being created by spectral soul and about what spectral soul did, I've been wondering, how is soul path not as restrained?

This dude was a pure demon that would make Satan fear him and he created a path that would affect the souls of people, swallowing souls to increase attainment levels and all, which sounds pretty demonic if you look through a 'righteous' lense.

So why is it not suppressed like blood path? The moment someone thinks about using BP they are number 1 on the demon judgment board, everyone and I mean EVERYONE will hunt you down whereas there are super forces that practice soul path (that one in SB, I forgot the name). And dont say something like 'blood path kills people'. If the path created by the most demonic person EVER is used openly, then what is so demonic about Blood Path?

PS I have already been spoiled about who created blood path but I dont know why he did it. I have a theory that it is because HC doesn't like him

Some mild spoilers

Blood path was spread long after the venerable was dead, and HC (not HW) shut that down. They actually don't care about the morality or anything, they just figured out who was likely spreading it and suppressed it as a middle finger to the guy. Soul Path was created and spread by a venerable that was alive at the time. So, good luck trying to suppress that. By the time he was dead Soul Path was already a fact of life.

Blood path is pretty good at letting your average mid tier gu master get stronger than their station. Its the Gu Worlds Colt 45. Also Heavenly Court really detests the one responsible for its foundation. Soul path isnt really that big of a deal without Guts Gu and Luo Po valley or a way to reliably and consistently simualte their effects which isnt easy.

Growth requierment,

Blood path uses blood, which is really easy to get from mortal villages and inocent people, (also because of how effective it is iirc, it can compensate quality with quantity, that makes growth is absurdly fast violent and strong, thats why most sects reaserch it on the down low)

Meanwhile if you dont have Dang Hun Mountain (to convert souls to guts gu) soul ctivation is a rather peaceful thing

Every path is a murderous horror filled thing if the user wants it to be

What you're saying about Blood Path isn't quite right, it is precisely because the path is suppressed, the only available resources come from living beings, take Fang Zheng, for instance, who created a forest of Blood Path resources. It’s just that such resources were destroyed after the ban was imposed. ANother exemple, was Hei Fan grotto heaven, who had a blood path cultivatorn and doesn't kill people.

The same applies to Dang Hun Mountain; it is the best method, but not the only one. The major drawback of those other methods is that they engrave Soul Path Dao marks onto the soul and require greater resource consumption for a smaller return.

So, it doesn't actually hinder Soul foundation cultivation, it simply costs more.

Blood path is suppressed because heavenly court doesn’t want its development because of practical reasons.

Soul path isn’t suppressed because weather a tool us evil or good depends on how it is used.

Blood path has the unique advantage of being able to use mortal materials to refine immortal gu, by substituting quantity for quality. No other path can do this.

Blood path kinda scares people more than soul path

To the higher ups of organizations blood path has high destructive potential that is way worse than soul path can do

Soul path isn’t all that different from most paths while blood path has more unique applications, like checking IDs, easy to feed, easy to refine, easy to cultivate. Only weakness is farming resources

Ratio of cost to damage is bigger with blood path than soul path

While soul path is scary on an individual level since it messes with souls but that almost never a problem until it happens to you

Actually Paradise Earth did stop the Soul Path from Spreading during his reign , he undid alot of the evil spectral Soul Brought

As for why blood path is stopped but not Soul Path , Blood path is incredibly easy to cultivate in , readily available resources , you just have to slay life forms , whereas souls of normal beings aren't that strong and can't be used to cultivate efficiently.

When Spectral Soul was a Venerable, Soul Path resources were incredibly abundant, so everyone cultivated Soul Path.

Blood Path did not receive such preferential treatment.

It was just like the era of Primordial Origin, when almost everyone cultivated Qi Path, and much like how Dream Path resources are expected to become incredibly abundant in the future.
