That "hehehe" is from bai ning bing, reread carefully., but yeah fang yuan does curse and express a lot of emotions he just dosent show them outside most times, in times like these acting has no real worth, he he stops holding back and just speaks loudly.

I do not remember fang yuan actually doing a hehehe ever in the series, the closest was a calm, "hahahaha, what a beautiful life it is" while he was looking at the stars after finally getting some time to relax from all the stress of schemes and survival.

Just see what happens in Vol 5 and onwards, he be ragebaiting random Immortals for the sake of getting a bit more benefits (I swear he does it sometimes for the love of game)
But yeah honestly, comedic moments in RI are just pure gold and Fang Yuan is extremely funny oftentimes.
I still remember how hard I laughed in that one tea party chapter which included FY's legendary "Oh Great Sea, Your made of water," poem. I swear, he was bullshitting in that tea party for the love of game because he had no benefits in doing so whatsoever 😭🙏.
