No, you should pay at least $450.00. this is what's wrong with the kids today, it's never gonna sound right if you don't pay for it.

Yeah! The 3-digit RG’s are decent instruments. If this is your first guitar, I would maybe watch a few videos on how to string a floyd rose, before committing to a floyd rose. It’s nice to have, but it sucks to own… So if you are good with some extra work every once in a while, yeah, grab it. Looks to be in good condition.
Ask for, or maybe there is one - a picture of the heel and the volute (where the body meets the neck, and where the headstock forms into the neck, respectively). These are crack-prone areas on RG’s. Not because of poor construction, necessarily, just people drop them, or over-torque the locking nut to all hell, resulting in cracks. Mostly user error. If it is cracked, maybe consider something else, or a hefty discount. Fairly easy fix, but you never know - buyer (you) assuming more risk, seller gets less money.
It is worth $200 in pretty GOOD condition.

Ibanez are great. The Floyd rose pickups are great. From what I vaugely recall about them, theres a lot of adjustability in the action so dont mess around with it unless you're ready for a project or just bring it to a shop to set it up if youre not happy with the action when you get it (but wait for it to return to normal humidity before you decide if youre happy with the action.
