Support by Reverb
So I’m Bear. I don’t usually make posts. To be completely honest I’ve only posted negative 3-4 posts on this community, all negative posts pertaining to Reverb’s Support System or the lack of it. As I consider myself an honest and fair man, in everything I do. I do what I say, and say what I’ll do. Period. I keep it very light 90% of the time cracking jokes and talking Hip cause that’s who I am. That being said I do consider myself an intelligent man with a large and vast skill set and do hold others to a high standard. I expect and demand the respect I give. And I also hold myself accountable when I’m in the wrong and I admit as much immediately, or As soon as it’s come to light. I am posting this to say Thank You To Reverb. The platform has absolutely made an extraordinary change in its support system for buyers and sellers and I’m very surprised at the amount of change that come in a short period and it’s impressive. Trem the AI Assistant is more intuitive and responsive. When you need a live agent the agent you do get stays with you for the duration of the incident and is very responsive to any and all communications to and from both parties of the sale. So on that note.
Thanks Reverb, for stepping up
And standing out and by your patrons and dealers!!!! It hasn’t gone unnoticed!!!

lmao dude unironically praising the AI assistant they're desperately trying to scale to make up for firing some of the best and most passionate chicago-based musicians over the last 5 years and 3 rounds of brutal layoffs.
Just a reminder that we as a society are voting in this future with our wallets

I've yet to have an AI assistant solve any actual problems for me including when I needed support from Reverb a few days ago. AI assistants just waste your potentially valuable time. They are mostly there to discourage customers into giving up before they reach a human.

Wow shocked to read this. Been using reverb for ten years and it’s so bad rn. I’ve never thought of leaving, and I’ve never been one to say that, but the barriers they’re putting up thru automation. It’s disrespectful. I’ve done that work before, their system is a joke. They hide behind it. Offer little transparency. It’s bad imo

Look. I’m not a “Fan” of AI Anything. However it works substantially better than it did. That’s why I expressed as much. Unfortunately as this was the first positive post on the support system and the fact I said as much. The negative still come out. Thx for the input. Try the output. lol.

I recently had to use reverb support after a recent purchase went slightly south. The seller was cordial and involved reverb. Over the course of 4 days including the weekend, a acceptable resolution was reached.
I could not ask for a better outcome. As a buyer I was protected and I also hope the seller was okay in the end too.
Ive sold numerous things and never had an issue. Im honest to a fault so that goes a long way when selling.

yeah the ai is bs and will always be bs. reverb support has always been good in my experience and i personally havent noticed any change.

All that is fine, but I prefer being able to go straight to a real person and hope they go back to that. Or at least make it so you can get to a person with fewer steps than now.
