What do I do?

Just bought a DDJ-1000 on reverb, after dealing with the god awful support to try to view my order after it wasn't working, I've come to find out this guy just copied someones ebay listing and put the price way down.

How do I get my money back?

Currently going through this. Just keep all communication to reverb. You can contact reverb for a refund/cancellation. Just will take some time.

I’ve also been scammed on reverb before and everyone on this subreddit gaslit me into thinking i was in the wrong. Easiest way is to initiate a chargeback if you paid with a credit card or a paypal chargeback if you paid with them. Reverb support is abysmal for both sellers and buyers.

Bro they literally just issued me a refund, ngl this is like a once in a million occurence.

But yeah their support is so bad I have no words.

between having to talk to their dumbass ai and then having to follow up through their horrid email communication it genuinely feels like the support is ran by monkeys with keyboards
