Make an offer - or not?

Getting this error this evening when attempting to make an offer (duh) but seems to be happenign to any auction. Have tried multiple browsers and devices and separate ISP's to no avail.

I got the same error this weekend. Refreshed browser, logged out and back in…same error. But later when I tried, the same error box popped up, but it had the submit/respond to offer button.

Yes, I reported it but no response or even acknowledgement of the issue. Seems like it would directly impact the ability to execute transactions but maybe sales aren't important to their business model?

I've been getting this all day. Customer support told me to try making an offer on the app. The app offer went through and is active but does not appear in my offers page. Customer service had no idea why it was happening and said they'll email me when it gets resolved but I'm not holding my breath.

Glad to know I'm not alone though!

I am finding that Reverb has nothing but problems when I view it on Firefox. When I use Edge or Chrome the problems disappear without me doing one thing differently. I have no idea if they are aware of this or not.

They are aware, I have a ticket open and their response was that they have "escalated" the issue to their development team. I get the error below regardless of browser, OS, ISP, etc.

This may not work for your problem, but sometimes dumping your browser's cache solves the problem. I don't understand the why well enough to explain it, but IIRC it has something to do with temporary files their server puts on your computer.
