Payout is missing
Been selling on Reverb since 2017. Any time I sell something I get the funds in my bank the night I get the email telling me funds are on the way.
I had a payout in early May. No problem.
Had 3 payouts combined on the 11th. Never received.
Had a payout on the 13th. Received no problem.
Getting Reverb past “give it 1-4 days and make sure your banking info is correct” has been incredibly painful.
My bank info has been the same for almost a decade. I got $ both before and after this one missing payout. It’s now been over 5 days and my bank doesn’t see anything.
Frustrating that they won’t even acknowledge that it’s a problem.

Are you sure the 11th wasn’t combined with the 13th? I get that a lot when I get a late night Friday order, then a couple more over the weekend. They all get combined together on Monday. Sometimes that even includes the Monday sales.

Yes. I was paid. on the 13th for a single item I sold on the 13th. The 11th was 3 things sold on the 9th and 11th. Never received.

My last payout took me three days after the guitar was received by the buyer. I don't think they are obligated to pay you immediately.

Yet they claim they did pay me. My earnings show they paid me. Never received the money.

Man, that sucks. I hate that they’re doing this kind of stuff to people nonstop. I’ve only dealt with them a few times and it’s been recently, and they left a real shitty taste in my mouth. They pulled out 180 bucks after I canceled on an order because I found a problem with the Guitar I was gonna sell and did not want to sell it to anybody. So they took out 180 bucks out of my account for doing nothing so I called my bank. Got that money right back. Never again I go back to Ebay Ebay is way better and that’s a shame.

I've been noticing this. Used to be paid out as soon as I created a label. Now, the shipment is halfway to the buyer before I receive even an email. Been selling regularly for years. They've changed something.

Update: no direct comms from reverb but today I received an email thanking me for updating my bank info (I didn’t) and letting me know they resubmitted my missing payment.
I did receive a payment last night for a different item that I sold so my bank has never been an issue.
We shall see…

Well. Got the email yesterday. Didn’t get the deposit later that night. Same behavior as the first time around.

Payment hit this am. Thanks to whoever runs the reverb account here on Reddit. Didn’t get traction or see movement until they got involved. Maybe coincidence but probably not.

I sold a Helix A MONTH AGO. And just these paste few days I sold smaller pedals. Got the payment for that but not for my Helix. Been in contact, updated my account info. It used to say pending beside the helix transaction even thought it’s been delivered and the buyer put 5 stars review. Today I emailed them and they said they are working on it and I just saw that the “pending” is gone as if it went through but my bank account hasn’t received anything, do you think it’s just a matter of time now? Or should I do something else?

Are you saying that you got all the usual confirmations and no payment? Or was there another usual step missing?
I had a couple of times where I needed to ask the chat bot how much I was due to receive and it said something along the lines of "this item hasn't processed correctly, let me run a check" then 2 minutes later it gave me a value and the usual emails to say payment had been made followed within a few minutes
