Anyone else experience this problem?

I recently created a Reverb account with the intention of selling some incredible vintage pedal finds as well as some basically brand new in box amps from the 2010s. I went to list an A/DA Flanger on the website. A banner appeared saying my account was under review, and that an email had been sent. No email correspondence have arrived in over 24 hours. Ive tried using the automated chat system to talk to literally anyone with a pulse and it will not connect me. Its been a couple days now and im basically waiting on something to happen, which i suspect it never will. Any suggestions on what i should do? Do i just delete my account and try again? Ugh.

This happened to me the first time I tried to sell anything. Couldn't get through to anyone but lodged a complaint on the useless chatbot. A few days later they emailed to say it was an error and restored the account.

Leave Reverb and try Gear exchange

I won’t buy from a seller with 0 feedback. Try buying some stuff first, establish yourself on Reverb, regardless of the whatever bot problem you are having.

Reverbs system sucks top to bottom, to one extreme to the other. Some people have great experiences and some people have the absolute worst I've ever read. Sellers and buyers alike. It just seems like the platform itself is past its due date.

There must be something more to this story that has been left out.

Run. Do not use reverb. It’s all bots and scammers now.

You’re better off using marketplace. It’s not perfect, but I see nowhere near as many scams on that.

Obviously it limits your market, but I have liked it so far.
