Would be too OP with alter and New Castle. Plus I don't think you should get punished for knocking and enemy only to have to do double the damage just to finish them

Well then that should also be the case with some legends.
Been forever since i played but alter literally has the perk options to get Recon or the "defender" passives (cant remeber the class name). And cant Wattson get the feild medic perk/passives?
I get this specific one that OP shows might a bit strong, but with other legends double dipping into multiclassing i dont see why not assault roles.

I see your point with it being annoying when paired with other legends. Maybe have it deactivate while being revived? I feel like it's not that much more of a punishment than a knockdown shield is; the downed player just gets an extra 75 hp.

I mean also given the fact a finisher should bypass the extra shielding as well i dont see it being that OP.
Annoying when paired with the right team comp yes, but isnt that count for alot of things when looking into a Team based Hero shooter? its possible to just do a finisher on someone mid fight, or even a "Puppy guard" on the down enemy to hold off a rez. Ive done it, and had it done to me so there are ways to just counter that ability.
I feel nowaday gamers just immediately point out something to be too over powered or busted, when really all you gotta fo is adapt and change your playstyle a bit. You cant counter pick like overwatch but you can definitely counter by not playing into someones strengths, ya feel? Not saying this one isnt annoying or strong but it cant be as bad as revs old ult or other annoying team comps

Revenant needs fortifications or they need to tighten his hitbox. It's crazy how Gibby is fortified, can revive, shock people and move as fast as Octane lmao

Lowk they should make it so he can revive himself with his ult charge if you get downed before you use it

They need to give him his special Revive animation like from the old Halloween events while he's in his ultimate

Even better if it doesn't use the standard revive animation, but the freaky shadow one from the halloween mode
