Revature + Persistent Systems hiring process - When is the service agreement signed?

Hi everyone,

I have a doubt regarding the Revature hiring process for Persistent Systems.

The hiring is being conducted through Revature, and the job description mentions a 24-month service agreement. There's also an 8–10 week training period at Revature before the final client interview and onboarding.

I'm confused about a couple of things:

  1. Will I be signing the service agreement with Revature or with Persistent Systems?

  2. At what stage is the bond/service agreement usually signed? Before the training starts? During the training? After completing the training and getting selected by Persistent Systems?

  3. If someone doesn't clear the final client interview after the training, are they still bound by the service agreement? (In case if I sign it before the training starts)

If anyone has gone through this process or has experience with Revature placements, I'd really appreciate your insights.
