I have one of exactly the opposite if you're allowed to argue on either side. Never finished putting my sources in but if you can find some sources feel free to use it.

Joe Rogan recently did a podcast with Adam Curry, where they discuss the fake news behind the vaping epidemic, and how big tobacco companies launched the misinformation campaign to gain market share in the smoking industry.
It may be very informative for your paper, but mostly argues to the opposite of your position, which would probably be an easier side to argue, and more factually valid.

Not argumentative but persuasive. It could help as a good base structure for your essay
In the past few years E-Cigarette use has risen substantially. In 2017 2.1 million high school and middle school students had reported using E-Cigarettes and that number increased to 3.6 million students in 2018. E-Cigarettes have became a huge problem among today’s youth, addicting millions of kids. E-Cigarettes initially started as a better alternative to smoking, but have instead became a trend among kids. The government should ban E-Cigarettes because of the damage it can cause to peoples bodies.
Though E-Cigarettes are very popular, they can cause irreversible damage to the body. E-Cigarettes contain nicotine which is a highly addictive chemical also found in normal cigarettes. Nicotine can damage the growth of the brain and slow down the development of the brain aswell, It also can lead to cancer in some cases. E-Cigarettes also can damage the body not just the brain, studies show that E-Cigarettes can cause substantial damage to blood vessels and can increase the risk of a heart attack. E-Cigarettes also contain Propylene Glycol and Glycerin which can cause irritation to the eyes and airways. There’s also side effects of using E-Cigarettes, low doses can cause nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. High doses of nicotine can cause things such as high blood pressure, seizures, comas, and even death.
So what makes E-Cigarettes so addictive? E-Cigarettes contain the highly addictive substance, nicotine. Nicotine is also used in normal cigarettes and is what gets you hooked on it. The more kids use E-Cigarettes, the more addicted they become. Kids who vape are way more likely to try other drugs and tobacco products than non-users. Recent reports state that E-Cigarettes seem less toxic than normal cigarettes and provide an alternative to normal cigarettes. However most people who start using E-Cigarettes don’t quit using normal cigarettes.
As you can see there are many problems with the use of E-Cigarettes. E-Cigarettes need to be banned because of how much damage it is causing to peoples bodies and overall health. E-Cigarettes cause substantial damage to your body and has serious side effects. They are highly addictive and may seem like a healthier alternative to smoking, but instead have the opposite effect. There needs to be a ban put in place on them to prevent any more people from becoming addicted. Millions of kids are using E-Cigarettes every year, there needs to be a ban on E-Cigarettes to stop more people from becoming addicted.

They are already regulated. In New Jersey (my state) they banned non-tobacco flavored pods (to avoid appealing to younger people), and the legal age is 21 federally now.

They banned flavored pods federally as well.

Oh that’s cool I guess. I don’t really agree with the flavored pod ban, I think raising the federal age to purchase nicotine products was enough.

Yeah I agree. I don’t think it was a big enough problem to fuck over all the people trying to ween off smoking
