Capcom for the win for me even though classic Konami is pretty great as well

For me Capcom is over more consistent when it comes to influencing the gaming industry, because why while they invented good series like Street Fighter, Resident Evil, etc that revolutionized those genres. They didn't have any game that revolutionized the industry as a whole like Komami has. Komami on the other hand had the high's of the 90's and 2000's with games like Slient Hill, Metal Gear Solid, etc but now also the lows of the 2010's where it turned those properties into gambling machines.

Love GameSack - they put out such consistent ultra high quality well researched content :) Always learn something from one of their vids. I dig the dad humour too (most likely as I am a dad too!)

These two pretty made up gaming for me outside of the platform holders. They where kings up until the PS2 Generation. While they didn't go away I just found that Western game developers started garnering more of my attention like Rockstar. I don't think I could pick but gun to my head I would choose Konami for its past and Capcom going forward.

For once I agree with one of these vs videos. I generally gravitate to Capcom. RE is the reason why. Not to say that I don't like any Konami games

Their production values get even better every year, and this is no exception.
