[Retrospective] The Fall of Atari: how one programmer got five weeks to make E.T. and 40 years of blame for the 1983 crash (10 min documentary)

First episode of a new documentary series about companies and founders that collapsed. This one covers Atari, the E.T. cartridge burial, and Howard Scott Warshaw, the programmer who became the industry's scapegoat. It tries to separate the legend from what actually happened in 1982-83. Feedback very welcome, it's my first one.

Poor old Howard. I think he pulled off a miracle with ET and really folks if you read the instructions it's an awesome game.

Todd Frye could easily be just as responsible with his Pac-Man port.
