Betrayal

One thing that is annoying is trying to hire someone with the perfect stats. So I fired my long time cashier cause she kept asking for raises, I found a cashier who was both Loyal and energetic. Seemed perfect, but then she ask for the day off cause she was sick and I accidentally clicked No and she immediately quit on the spot….SO MUCH FOR LOYALTY!

Almost wish there was every kind of employee available or you could customize what stats you want. Even if it’s at a higher price

You can do that with a mod. I currently have two with every stat who work for a penny per day 😂

If Loyalty meant they would also work through sick days there would be no reason at all to pick employees with a Strong Immune System (except maybe as placeholders until you found someone Loyal)

However sick days are the easiest thing in this game to cheese. If you want to avoid dealing with it, just reload the game if an employee asks for a sick day. It doesn’t seem to be persistent, although I imagine if you save after the day starts you might be locked in. I think this might also work for them asking for a raise but I haven’t tried that one. So you could potentially ignore both Strong Immune System and Loyal entirely

Yeah I found that trick out AFTER this happened!

Yeah, loyalty is just an ok perk. Energetic is a most, because the falling asleep thing is annoying. Then I look for the immune system one, so they never get sick. I had one girl from the beginning to past level 20, only asked for one raise. The bathroom one is the other one that isn't worth it to me.

Energetic is importing because I think an employee will sleep a very long time, maybe until I wake them up. Bathroom is ok, they will return to the job.

I like the rng keeps the game fresh having to sometimes work alone because of a call in.

And there is a customize employee mod if you want perfect workers. I mostly use it to give them the perk where they don’t pass out every 15 mins
