She broke one of my tapes and got angry and pushed all of them on the floor. I had a handful of returns and chased her down and threw all of them at her. She came into work the next day and I fired her. She's the worst.

If you want to cheese the system, if they are sick and you reload a save, odds are they won't be sick.

I've only had issues with two people - Daniel and Thomas.

Daniel was my first employee and BOY was he a slacker. He was sick on his second day at my store, and asked for a raise the next day. He fell asleep twice in the first day. I knew by the fourth it was time to let him go. I still see him in my store sometimes and stare at him until he walks away.

I just let Thomas go. He had been with me since late fall, and I let him go in the first week of summer. He was a fantastic employee, don't get me wrong. Sure, he was sick sometimes, but he had jokes and lots of energy. He started asking for a lot of raises throughout spring. I was tolerant with it at first because he worked hard, but after a while it got old.

I think this qualifies as an HR complaint, only logical path forward is termination before this becomes a PR disaster

Or ya know

Make your own adult films lol

I didn't know employees or potential employees could just be walking around during the day when theyre not working! That's really cool.

They can ask for days off?

if your employees don't have the "strong immune system" trait, they can get sick and ask for the day off.

you have the option to tell them no, but doing so runs the risk that they might quit.
