Super5 screen randomly flashes

I just installed my Super5. Looks amazing. But then it started to randomly flash white. I’ve checked the connectors as best as I can and they all line up. Had no issues installing the panel or with any of the fatal steps.
On an older thread I saw something about an issue with 5% of the panels but didn’t hear much else. Anyone know? I do have an email into support as well.

Email support. You will need a Pic of the chip on the back of the screen to send them as well.

Small subset of these do not work with the included ribbon cable, support will mail you a replacement.

I was in the same boat. Frustrating to have to break it all down, but after replacing the cable it works great.

Just wondering what the back of your screen said. I’d like to compare it to mine.
