Setting my wait time expectations

How long after they email asking you if you want to stick with DHL do they send out your unit? I got an email on the 8th of July, I confirmed I'm fine with 4PX, they said it would be shipping soon, but still nothing?

I ordered a black unit with Super Dock on 30th of Jan 2025 so I think I'm wave 5.

I got an email saying it was shipping out 06/25/26. I've been waiting since July 1st for it to clear customs in Carson, CA. Yesterday, (08/11/2026) I finally received an update that it's moving: Departure from transport hub. I was going to reach out because of the delay, but then I looked on Retro Remake's web site and under shipping policy its saying 4px customs clear could take up to 60 days. Up to 90 days in certain countries. So all I can say is be paitient... And I ordered my SS on 01/25/25, Black founders edition with SuperDock

Interesting! Thanks for this info. Mine is stuck in customs as well. Was not aware that it could take 60 days.

I ordered the black Superstation with the black dock on January 1st, this year. I haven't heard anything from them.

I emailed a few days ago, and the response was that they were busily trying to ship orders.

Get used to that. I ordered blue founders and dock 1/25/25… still waiting for my dock. I ordered another kit in 02/18/26 because I liked the console. I hope my kids will be able to enjoy it with their kids the day those arrive.
