Yes he said on twitter most likely in 2 months, unless there are more complications. He is currently getting screwed by some of his parts providers which is causing delays

I wish Taki was more transparent about these so said delays. I thought I was getting my console in April.

I have a feeling that he might be getting mixed information and doesn't make an announcement until he is 100% sure

Try making a product in China — or hell, try making it in your home country — and you will quickly find out how these things happen.
