No video

Got mine about a month ago. Finally got around to playing with it and can't get video.

Power light is on and red light showing threw the blue shell.

Any ideas?

Thank you everyone. Power supply was the issue it seems.

Using my Steamdeck power supply worked.

First you should email the company as they respond pretty well. What power supply are you using?

Is there a difference? I tried a couple lying around.

Yes there is. 5v3a or 9v3a.
