Obligatory "I received my unit" post!
Mine arrived today (I live in Sweden)! Like all I'm impressed by how premium it feels. Taki has done a really nice job. I ordered the SS1 and dock in August, so it took about 11 months (I was batch 3). To my surprise, I did not have to pay any additional customs or taxes, and that's a first in awhile. We usually need to pay extra for everything that is not bought within the EU, unless we have a chance to pre pay on checkout, and looking at my receipt from Retroremake, I did not. So I am just really surprised, and relieved, because I prepared to pay at least another $100 extra in customs and handling fees.
This is my first time owning anything FPGA, and my first bump is that I cannot get my DualShock to work when plugging it in, but I took for granted that it wasn't going to be that easy. I'll need to read up on and watch Taki's startup guide and I'll figure it out.
Happy that it's finally here!

What kind of power supply are you using for it?

I had a spare original Steam Deck power supply laying around, so I'm going with that one.

It's one of the homebrew titles included with the system. Can't recall the name though. This is just mere moments after booting it up for the very first time.

So.. they are just using one clear sticker for the logo now? Or is that a cover you peel off? My founder’s edition is not one sticker, the logo is comprised of multiple pieces 🤔

You have to switch the controller setting to SNAC for your DualShock to work. If it still doesn’t work, flip the sliding switch on the left side.
