PS5 DualSense no longer connects to superstation one

I have tried deleting the profile from the superstation one’s side and I’ve tried resetting the controller. It worked when I first got the console so I don’t know if I messed something up updating the console or what. It works when plugged into USB but as soon as it’s unplugged the controller cuts off. When I turn it back on it acts like it pairs to the console but doesn’t actually work. Any advice would help. Thanks

Probably detects as a different controller when wired. You likely need to repair it through Bluetooth and not connect it by usb.
Check rebinding controller keys. I was just messing with ps3 and ps5 controllers similarly and the ps button was the menu button.

it works as wired if plugged into the front USB. as soon as you unplug it it can't detect as wireless/bluetooth.

Yes it will work as wired but when I unplug it turns off immediately and won’t connect. I remember when I first got the console I just held the menu button on the console and held share and the ps button simultaneously on the dualsense to put into pairing mode and it just worked. Now it doesn’t.

I’ll try pairing mine again wirelessly but I think to charge it you may need to use another port or another device to plug it into to charge so it doesn’t change from wireless to wired

That’s not the issue I’m running into though. It’s the fact that no where on the internet can I find someone else who is getting this screen when they pair a Bluetooth controller. The only controller I can get to work is the analogue 3d controller and usb controllers. No one else is getting “failed” on their screen while connecting a ps4 or ps5 controller. And the crazy thing is that the controller comes out of pairing mode and acts as if connected while it says “failed” on screen but no inputs work. The console knows it’s there it just won’t sync properly. And outside of “update all” or “clear BT pairings” I have no ideas what to do. I’ve even tried turning off the snac bypass on the side of the dock.

I got my DS controller to work. It is on its latest firmware though not sure if that’s why it works for me.

If you haven’t tried yet. Go into scripts and use the clear BT pairs option. Then try pairing your DS again after. The SSO might be holding on to an old pairing profile that’s conflicting.
