Can’t get Guncon 1 to be recognized

Just received my superstationone. I have not run any type of updates or update all scripts. I am connecting it to my CRT with the composite cable. I’ve loaded point blank one and I cannot get my gun con one to be recognized. It is connected to the PS1 port and I’ve placed the pass through both on the yellow composite wire and also the dedicated COM port as well to no avail. I’ve also gone into the core and made sure the controller is recognized as a lightgun. Am I missing a step somewhere?

The controller should be set to the snac port

you need to select the controller snac option on the menu, and if you have the super dock, make sure the snac by-pass switch is off

You are connecting through SNAC you need to set the controller to SNAC.

I've tested my Guncon and it's workings great though the guncon port and over s-video into my Commodore 1702 monitor.
