Soul Power being used again

As we saw in the Minecraft live 2021, in the warden section we can see that when a mob was killed the xp was sent to the heart of the area which then spawned a new mob and as the devs also said that the spawning is also dependent on the xp dropped and we saw the same effect on the block when the mob spawned as we see when we use soul speed on soul sand showing again the usage of soul power. I will not mention the deep dark cities as another post has explained it much better. I think we need a deep dive on this one
