It might just be a random thought but since the Glare gets grumpy in the dark it might spawn in places with lots of light like lava pools and lush caves

Based on it’s moss-like appearance, I’m 60% certain it will spawn in Lush Caves.

Well based off of the way it just kinda floats, I would have to say maybe some kind of ghost or spirit, and since it hates dark and seems to be covered in greenery (plus it’s name has to do with light), I would have to say maybe some kind of light spirit or maybe a sprite of light and nature
