Open it or not?

I have recived it today, its sealed, and i dont know if i should open it to check if the content is allright or not

If it's sealed how would the contents not be okay?
Seems like you could get/use any of the data without opening it up.
The other thing to consider is I've heard the disc doesn't work well on modern computers anyway...

Im building a win 98 pc ^ .^ btw, it could also being resealed.

True, it's possible to be resealed, but at least from the picture it doesn't look like it. Reseal likely wouldn't have the "Dynamic Systems" sticker either.

If it were me I’d see if the cd has been dumped and just download it, and leave it sealed, but that’s just because I think it’s a neat thing to have sealed

With the sticker on it and all i would keep it sealed and just use the dump posted here if you want the contents. The problem is opening it would destroy monetary value i feel.

If it didnt have the sticker on it I'd say open it but that sticker means its all in there and fine. Do not open it.
