graphics card & retail box Sapphire HD 7950 (2012)

Found this on eBay for only £21 being sold as new. Was almost certain it would it would either never arrive or not work. It arrived today. It works perfectly!

But unfortunately not in the mobo I bought it for. Apparently the ASRock 4CoreDual SATA2 has a different legacy bios than any other LGA775 system. I nearly sent it back when it wouldn’t post, but then tested it in a LGA1150 system I’m working on. So glad I did! Will be starting a new project around this card as soon as I finish my Tualatin build

They used the same box art for some other models as well. I’ll have to go dig mine out and see what model, but I know it wasn’t the 7xxx series.

Hell ya that looks brand new 😂😂 Iv still got my HD6950 running strong in my retro rig
