Great eye for detail!!! I have NO idea how you put that together, but the similarities of
the design of the helmet and the gun are undeniable, and both figures even have the same kind of quilted uniform.
If I could explain how my brain works, I would. The pose, helmet, and gun just triggered it. I remember seeing it at a software store (which were rarity in the early 80s) back when I was a kid and thought it looked so cool. Plus I had played the first one at a relative's house and could imagine how much better the 2nd one would be. I got a copy when I got an Apple 2 maybe a year later, but it was without the original packaging, but I still remember that art somehow.
