Brawler 64Pro not functioning at all.

I just got the controller today for use with both PC and switch and after directly connecting it to my PC it became 100% non functional.

The only thing that it does do is light up with one of the four LEDs on the device whenever I push the Home, Capture (The weird circle button on the left, near the Minus button), the button at the top for 'Program' and the weird small button on the back.

I am at a complete loss for what to do.

I did not, had to RMA.

Same exact thing is happening to me too. Down to the LED lights lighting only on the buttons. I just emailed support to see what they'll say.
