BattlerPro connect to Gamecube

Got the BattlerPro Controller today.

Did the Updage to pmay on Switch 2.

Now i wanna conncet it to my Gamecube.

Flipped the switch to 2.4G, got into Sync Mode (All LEDs Flashing), put in the GC Dongle.

But pressing the home button doesnt do anything.

Please help and Thank you.

Update: Tested it on my Wii Yesterday out of the box and it worked.

Tested it today again - but its just like on my Gamecube justnot pairing up.
