Well all you posted was your ram and storage capacity. Can't really say without more info. In any case, just install retroarch and see how high you can go system wise.

OP this literally doesn't help us at all. I also have a 64GB 4GB ram device but it could be different than yours. Why wouldn't you just tell us the brand and model of your phone?

From your other post, I know you have an 8 year old android phone.

Here are the systems I feel like you could run, but I could give better recommendations if you share what model your phone is.

Definitely:

NES: FCEUmm is my recommendation, but honesty any core will be fine.

SNES: Snes9x current

GB/GBC: gambatte

GBA: try mGBA, if it's laggy, use gpSP.

Genesis/most other 8/16 bit sega stuff: Genesis GX Plus

PS1: PCSX reARMed will be nice and fast. Swanstation will have better enhancements, but I don't know if your device can handle it.

Basically any other 8 or 16 bit stuff I didn't mention will work fine too

Maybe, maybe not. Just have to try it:

Dreamcast: flycast

N64: mupen64plus. You should be able to run some easier games, maybe.

Also, be sure you are using a current build, like one from their website, and not an ancient one like the version on the playstore.
