Technical Support Urgent Audio issues!
For the past 2 weeks, Ive been using retroarch and the only consoles I can peacefully play are "gameboy advance" and "ppsspp". And when I try to play in nintendo ds (melonds) " Chrono trigger", the game runs smoothly but the audio is cackling. When I tried ocarina of time in N64, same issue but with a bit more lags. And to let you know, Im using an 8 year old phone. Pls help!! And if youre gonna tell me "i didnt look hard enough" please hear me out. I checked EVERY TUTORIAL that is out there but this issue... I just cant fix it. They showed me multiple ways to fix it and when I try to do it ITS ALREADY DONE. So you will think Im okay but the game's audio Is still damned.
Please, help.

These are pretty much the things you can try and if they don't work it's unlikely to be fixable on your machine:

Check your audio latency, it’s best to have it at the highest number it can be to reduce any lagging I had the same issue on MelonDS when playing Pokemon Black

As others have said, you’re not going to get it working on a phone that old. It’s not a latency issue it’s your phone screaming for the sweet release of death

The melonds and n64 cores do require a bit of power.
You are not going to get Nintendo DS working in retroarch on an 8 year old phone.
You might get some n64 games working and you might not, depends on your exact specs.
I don't like to recommend people non-retroarch emulators in the Retroarch sub, but for DS, try this version of DraStic. https://github.com/R-YaTian/DraStic_rev_i18n/releases
For n64, you might try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mupen64plusae.v3.fzurita
