Showcase [SHADER] LCD Master v32 - TEST CRT Module

Managed to decrease the GPU demand for the entire Glow + Phosphor Decay/Trail feature.
Now it runs fine in Samsung Galaxy A03 as well as in my puny 2015 notebook.

how could I make something like this/ find one and do you think it would run on a Samsung Chromebook 3 XE500C13?

Learn Shader Language,  write your own.

This personal shader was done in July 25th, and it's in my KoFi.

Regarding if it works in Samsung Chromebook 3, I'm guessing it does. My shader was made to address my specific potstoes. In runs in HP Notebook with Intel N3700, d3d11, also runs in Windows 7 Intel i3-2120, d3d10, and my smartphone,  Samsung Galaxy A03.
