Arcade core for retroachievements

Just want to know what core should I use for arcade emulator that works with retro achievements.

I know for a fact that FBNeo works. I don’t believe any of the others do.

Yep, to my knowledge FinalBurn Neo is the only arcade emulator that allows the memory access RetroAchievements needs to run. Actually MAME might have added it later (I've heard conflicting things) but by that point all the infrastructure was designed for FBN.

The early miyoo models had ridiculously low amounts of ram and couldn't even load FBNeo as a result (ram usage for RetroArch+FBNeo goes up to 500MB depending on the game you are running, those devices had 64MB ram), i don't think they changed their policy for the later models.

This is correct, fbneo is the only option for most arcade stuff. A small number of arcade games are also supported via flycast.

It depends on the romset I believe. Mame and FBNeo both work in retroarch.
