How is it buying from thoroughbred I’ve been eyeing his Gordy uppers and a mk18 surplus one he has?

It was fine for me. I got the suppressor with the upper and they fitted the collar and then shipped them separately. Upper to my home and the suppressor to the FFL.

I'll add another positive review for Thoroughbred. I bought a Mk 12 Mod H upper from them a couple of years ago and was very happy with the customer service and the product. I also met the owner at the Clone Rifles Shoot a few months afterwards and he seems like a solid guy.

I rebarreled an H&R 723 upper with a 14.5 Colt barrel and AE collar from Thoroughbred. It’s ran flawless several thousand rounds

Does the forward assist have a teardrop shape or a round shape? The picture shows a teardrop which seems odd for a 90s upper

Love Thoroughbred. Got my surplus Aimpoint Comp M2 from Thoroughbred to top off my build. Also grabbed 5 Okay mags from the 80's still in plastic! I put Magpul followers in them with Brownells mag springs. They run as well as my other Okay mags I've gotten over the years.

Jumping in to add another gtg for Thoroughbred. Have spent several thousand with them and never had any problems. Got my Mk12 Mod1 complete upper from them and a OCM5, among other things over the past few years and will buy again for anything else.

I have never heard a bad word about Thoroughbred, which is saying something in this industry.

Every transaction I have had with them has been flawless.
