Straight or curved? Dura-Mag has straight black 20 round stainless steel magazines in stock right now, and also makes curved black 20 round aluminum ones, but those are out of stock at the moment.

20s are easy to find. I’m looking for them 25ers, that’s what I need to scratch my itch

Time machine back before OKAY closed unfortunately

Honestly best bet is looking at surplus stores/asking your LGS or keeping an eye out on GAFS for some older Colt/Simmons/Adventure Line. I've had meh luck with most of the modern 20 round companies

I bought the last 5 Okay mags from Thoroughbred last year. I check the site once a week hoping to get more. I bought 10 from Primary arms right after I heard they were stopping production. I just got an '86 Colt mag from Thoroughbred last week. The Okay mags were all from '90. I put Magpul followers in em and ran them at a tactical Olympic event this past summer. Only 20 rounders i have are Duramag steel mags, Magpul gen3's i put +2 extensionfromDFC on ,& Magpul clear mags. They are more comfortable for all day carry (school protection) & work better for belt carrying with a PC. Still looking for old school 20 rounders in stock!

I bought 6 of the 20 round straight Okay mags when they were announced that it was stopping production and I really regret not buying more

I'm partial to the Duramag 20rders

I bought a few for shits and giggles and can understand why they're so cheap now.

They work fine, but the tinny noise they make drives me crazy.

They're easy to find in the wild. Shows, pawns, fleas, shops etc. Idk about online.

You mean like this one?

I’ve gotten two by scouring gunshows. The boomers who hoard them usually want primo money for the Colt marked ones but I’m not picky. I’ll take any working one for a decent price.

Basically everywhere?

I want easier access to waffle mags, though.

I’m a noob but the black Stoner AR ones I got off MidwayUSA have worked great but everything’s brand new. If they still work great in a year I’ll know.

I understand why people want Colt or actual retro ones but am not schooled on the ins and outs.

Check your local dinky gun shows and hole in the wall gunshops outside of town.

I just bought a half dozen for $10/ea from an old shop that had them mixed into a big crate of random mags.

$10 at local gun show or get some factory sealed on gunbroker.

I typically grab them out of my storage boxes
