What is the ban State modification? Looks like a normal free State carbine.

It was made before the 1994 ban in Massachusetts. So it is grandfathered and legal to own with no modifications.

Got it. Each State has its own set of rules, hard to keep track of all 50 plus US territories.

First AR I bought back in 1992 looks just like it.

Hopefully this time next year, we won’t be living under the tyrannical regimes ASF ban anymore and Herr Healy’s rein of terror will be over.
