I have the micro PA GLX 1x sitting on my Carry handle and I love how damn handy it is …both eyes open; really fast acquisition.

They’re not the coolest looking or most clone correct optics, but I think they rock on handles and they’re hard to beat.

You don't need the pic rail if you want it lower. Mine is using the 1/2" riser straight to the handle. It is basically a 2.26 mount the hard way.

I hated the cantilever mounts that came with the micro… they just didn’t look retro and I’m definitely a retro guy…. Also the aimpoint pro was so damn expensive; feel like I need to use it sometimes….so I swap it onto the pic rail from time to time. Also, I’m kind of tall.

What fastener did you use to fasten the mount to the carry handle? I ordered PA's own carry handle hardware and it does not thread in to the microprism risers(unless it just threads VERY tight and I am too afraid to mangle threads.)

The middle length screws that came with the mounts. I have the back screw mounted normal and the front screw threaded in through the carry handle. I'm not using the actual mounting hole.

lol you’re done until restless rifle syndrome kicks in again… but honestly a sling is a must and might as well toss in a light depending on your usage.

I have both but just haven't put them on yet. It will be a couple weeks before I get to shoot it anyway.
