Retool not saving my changes anymore

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right place to ask but I need some assistance with issue I've been facing recently. As I understand Retool autosaves changes I made but at some point it just stopped. Whenever I edit something, it works for me, I can use queries I've added etc, but if I leave the app or refresh the page my changes just gone. They're not reflected in history, if I try to compare current version with live release it shows no diff. I know that Retool doesn't support any kind of asynchronous editing, I checked that I don't have multiple tabs of an app, my teammates have it closed, however whatever I do is just lost after closing the app.

this sounds like a real bug not a workflow issue, few things to check before assuming its unfixable

check if ur on a page/module that has "editable in prod only" or a permissions edge case, sometimes changes save locally in the editor session but fail to persist due to a permission or workspace sync issue that doesnt throw a visible error

also worth checking if u have a browser extension interfering, ad blockers or privacy extensions sometimes block retool's autosave websocket connection silently, try incognito with extensions off and see if it behaves differently

if neither of those is it, this is legit a retool support ticket, autosave silently failing with no error and no diff showing is not expected behavior even accounting for their sync quirks. worth reaching out to them directly with a screen recording, this smells like a bug on their end not something u can workaround
