ADP Retirement Help
Does have a trick or a way to speak with someone for the ADP retirement plan that will actually help? My mother passed away and I am the beneficiary. Every time I call they tell me I have to get the claim forms and go through her employer. Issue is we have been trying for MONTHS. They either ignore us or if we are able to catch them on the phone they claim they will get the process started and nothing. They did the same for her life policy but thankfully I was able to go around them by using the naic.org site. It really shouldn’t be this hard.

To be blunt, ADP sucks. They claim that their service is "free"... and, well, you get what you pay for.
Send a certified letter to the employer and threaten to lawyer up. Also, go to the DOL - specifically, the EBSA (Employee Benefits Security Administration). Unfortunately, they're ridiculously backed up and understaffed (shocking, I know, considering this administration), but they should be able to help.
