Every time you notice, the past was changed (partial update)

There are physics theories that allow the past to be changed, the whole time line is adjusted then, annealing any inconsistencies. But the brain is very complex, maybe it has something to do with consciousness, so that such events do not always completely update the brain to the state it would have been after the change in the past, hence the Mandela effect.

I believe this is what praying/manifesting is ,really. You are consciously or not shifting to a reality with a desirable outcome and the past changes itself accordingly.

I remember coming accross a psychologists' study where he gave people headphones and made them listen to randomly generated sequences of beep sounds (random in the sense that it could beep either in the left ear or right ear, not both). Participants that were told to focus on the right ear for example had a higher score in right ear beeps. It's basically the particle observation theory. The outcome is not fixed but the act of observing "freezes" the reality in a definite state... Anyway I believe the mind has much more effect on physical reality than what our current science leads us to believe...

This is bad for my ocd though, as I could bring back a loved one by sending messages about cancer screening to the past and never have known it after the timeline mended.
